Normally you absolutely do not want to click a link that says “[ < Download > ] - - - 100% Virus free - - - Recommended” because that’s about the most suspicious title possible for a link to an executable. Especially if it’s a completely unknown and custom domain like xwtk.cloud.
A legit person wouldn’t tell you “trust me when executing this program” but rather “don’t trust my words and please verify it yourself to be safe”.
In this case I know it’s legit even though the link title is awful, but please, don’t trust me either. It’s still an executable file from a stranger on the internet that you intend to run on your computer and thus give the ability to do a lot of damage.
