I purchaed a couple of TJC displays and looking for an editor download in english …any help appreciated!

There is only a TJC Chinese editor. Nextion has blocked the English patches whenever new ones where introduced.
However you can use the English Nextion editor with an equivalent panel and then convert the TFT or HMI to the corresponding TJC panel. It is an additional step but it works.
