FYI, there has been recent update to the Nextion Editor, now v1.65.0.
It’s been a while since I’ve needed to use the Editor, and just stumbled across it.

A follow up release addressing some bugs in 1.65.0.

NEXTION EDITOR VER 1.65.1 UPDATE LIST

1. Bug Fix: Adjust Compressed Image Quality before compile to avoid Show Picture Error! when image is too large to handle on the Nextion device.
2. Bug Fix: Enhanced Series QR code failure in 1.65.0
3. Bug Fix: HMI conversion failure of elder HMI into 1.65.0
