The Nextion disaster continues!
There is an update available, v1.61.1.
You cannot download it from the website yet, nor can you do a manual update.
You have to do it as an auto update when you launch the Editor.
The Nextion website has not been updated.
On which website did you look? Have you probably been victim of a browser cache issue?
I found it in the usual place: https://nextion.tech/nextion-editor/
And the version history thread in the forums has also been updated already two days ago:

When I click that link the page shows version 1.60.2.
After some additional copy/pasting/editing…
Change the link
https://nextion.tech/download/nextion-setup-v1-60-2.exe
to this
https://nextion.tech/download/nextion-setup-v1-61-1.exe
and you can download it.
Or empty your browser cache…
